Carvin Jones — known as “The King of Strings” — is a powerhouse blues/rock guitarist based in Arizona who has earned national and international acclaim. He was officially voted one of the 50 greatest blues guitarists of all time by Guitarist Magazine.
Born in Lufkin, Texas, and later relocating to Arizona, Carvin developed his guitar skills by listening to blues legends and teaching himself to play at an early age.
He’s built a career marked by high-energy performances, extraordinary technique, and a deep love for the blues. Carvin has toured more than 37 countries across three continents and shared stages with icons like B.B. King, Santana, Jeff Beck, and Jimmy Vaughan.
He also gives back — Carvin has engaged in community work, such as helping elderly in quarantine during the pandemic and supporting local youth.
