It all started back in 2013 when Bar Rescue rolled through and introduced us to Midnight Moon Moonshine. Bar expert Russell Davis created the Firewater Punch—a dangerously smooth mix of blueberry moonshine, lemon, honey, and iced tea, topped with moonshine-soaked blueberries. One sip and we were hooked.
Fast forward to Aleah Chilleen behind the bar, where the drinks were strong, the ideas were flowing, and Long Island iced teas were on repeat. That’s when she decided to put her own spin on moonshine cocktails—and thus, the Shiners were born.
